Goin South was founded by Sonja and Dave Gooding. After opening a Backpackers Hostel in Naracoorte, location of the World Heritage listed Naracoorte Caves, the idea was born to attract more visitors and Backpackers to the area.. Goin South was "Born" in 2002. First providing a local tour to the Naracoorte Caves, Coonawarra vineyards and Mount Gambier's Blue lake. In Spring 2004, its successfully extended its network to Melbourne and Adelaide. The Beautiful Naracoorte Backpackers Hostel is home of Goin South.. It even produced marriages and families. Come on in and become a part of it.

Goin South Great Ocean Road Tours specializes in smaller group tours (Maximum 20 persons) where the emphasis is on adventure, friendliness and flexibility. Our longest traveling distance is 2.5Hrs. All our tours incorporate standard accommodation and evening meals, national park entry fees, adventure caving, wine tasting and heaps more.. Dave, the owner and manager, is guiding the tours personally together with his professional staff. We have Hostels in Warrnambool and Naracoorte where you can relax and enjoy yours Aussie BBQ after the day's activities.

Definitely one of the highlight of the trip is the Adventure caving in the World Heritage listed Naracoorte Caves. Your will be supplied with overalls and a hard hat and then experience the thrill.. You will be scrabbling through tunnels and chambers and conquer your inner fears. Feel the adrenalin rush as you experience the caving for the first time ! At the end, each person receives a certificate of recognition of their courage. If this sounds nuts and you don't like dark spaces are not your thing, discover years from the past at the nearby Fossil Center.
