Definitely the highlight of the whole trip. Put on a pair of overalls a hard hat and then experience the thrill of Adventure Caving where you "get down and get dirty" crawling,
sliding and scrambling through tunnels and chambers Challenge and conquer your inner fears and feel the adrenalin rush as you experience Adventure Caving for the first time. Each
person receives a certificate of recognition of their courage. Step through the doors of the Wonambi Fossil Centre into an ancient world where megafauna once roamed .Come face to
face with the largest Australian Animals that you will ever see that once roamed the area some 200,000 years ago.
Bushwalking and Hiking
Along the way there are many opportunities for bushwalking . In the Grampians the first walk is down to the base and rock pools of the spectacular Mackenzie Falls and then
experience a bushwalk hiking up through the Grand Canyon passing through many magnificent rock formations, On the Great Ocean Road at Gibson's Steps you will walk down to the beach
to view the 12 Apostels from another viewpoint
Sightseeing
Visit some of the most well known scenic points along the Great Ocean Road points from Gibson Steps, Loch Ard Gorge, London Bridge, Bay of Islands and then enjoy the splendor of the
12 Apostles at sunset. The Grampians is renowned for its grand and rugged ranges along with its abundance of wildlife and fauna. Marvel at the breathtaking views from both the Reed
and Boroka Lookouts.
Boogie Boarding
Stop off at Kennett River and as head down to the beach grab a Boogie Board and have some fun boogie boarding. in the surf.
Native Animals and Fauna
Kennett is nestled amid the gums at the foot of the Otways and you will always be guaranteed of seeing a Koala sitting up a tree looking down at you waiting for their photo's to be
taken. At the Naracoorte Caves kangaroos graze on the lawns or visit the animal refuge at Naracoorte where a local carer has baby kangaroos and a very friendly wombat that likes to
nip at your ankles.
The Great Aussie BBQ
Australia is well known for it's great outdoors life and the Aussie Barbeque."BBQ" At Naracoorte one of the friendliest country hostels in South Australia you will be treated to
this great Aussie tradition. For something different why not try a little kangaroo meat plus the "snags" sausages, hamburgers as well as some great salads. Vegetarians are catered
for.
